So now I get where the new obsession comes from SUP'ing.  I am loving it but should my knees be bent during the paddle stroke, or should I keep them straight?  I can't decide which causes less problems with my back.  Any advice on that welcome.

Thanks Dude, yours too....... Big Lebowski fan huh?

I have been watching videos and I see a straight body position most of the time - sometimes bent knees, especially on the wave - any more thoughts any1 ?
