Man, that's a great spot to ride.  I was there two years ago and took a smaller board 'cos of the length restriction some of the airlines place - if I remember rightly, it was under 10'.  I did not see a rental place when I was there but I'm so glad I hauled my gear  Smiley Check with the airline about their allowances.  Admin posted these sites for info http://www.flyingfees.com/ and http://www.surfline.com/travel/boardbag_charges.cfm?id=15425

I'm jealous if you're headed that way  :'(

There is a surf shop in Bucerias which has a wide selection of SUP's for rent. C4 Watermen and Joe Blair's. Daily and weekly rates. Good selection of paddles. No need to bring your gear just email ahead for reservations and rent top of the line SUP's.

Lucky. Nothing like drinking a Michelada at El Coral either before or after. Afternoons it blows offshore. Fantastic. I've been in the Coral Reef shop. They will take care of you. Also, there are rental places down in Punta Mita as well.
